Senior Business Analyst will be part of an experienced Agile team working on large-scale enterprise solutions.

Reporting to the Senior Architect, this position primary role will be to perform day-to-day support as Business SME within the Salesforce Financial force SAP domain under the Professional Services, Managed Services lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support on existing Applications (Financial Force) & SAP PS.
• Supporting the implementation of minor enhancements through
• creation of BRD that supports functional and non functional requirements
• creation and execution of test plans and test cases
• Contribute to a positive user-centric Agile team environment.

 Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent training and experience.
• Extensive knowledge within Salesforce Financial Force and a deep understanding of business and systems process that support Enterprise applications integrations.
• Super user experience within Salesforce (Financial force) domain.
• Must have functional understanding and ability to create WBS structures in SAP PS.
• Experience with Business process reengineering.
• Strong understanding of transactional accounting systems.
• Experience with financial and PMO applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to effectively convey a point and gain support from stakeholders. Strong English verbal & written skills.
• Excellent at breaking down complex problems. Self-starter who can work independently.
• Ability to think both logically and analytically.
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines & work under pressure.

 Assets & Additional Information

• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and BAF (Bell application framework) using Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence.
• Ability to work on application (Financial Force & SAP PS) support rotation (internal service desk).
