Senior Business Analyst with Farecard Payment Solutions knowledge required to streamline processes and make farecard systems more efficient (2023-027)

Our GTA based, Municiapl Government client requires the services of a Senior Business Analyst with Farecard Payment Solutions knowledge to streamline processes and make farecard systems more efficient.

ROLE:

The successful individual is required to support process development to enable simpler methods to fulfill key objectives and to successfully complete the daily tasks associated with each, below:

1. To ensure that all devices, applications and systems within the automated fare payment and vending systems are consistently in a functional state  
2. To work with resources to ensure that Service Level Agreement and operational performance targets are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
3. To work with internal teams and external third party partners to ensure their needs are met and also to ensure teams comply with established standard operating procedures
4. To successfully transition solutions and services emerging from projects in to full operational use

 MUST HAVE:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as Business Analyst.
• Applied experience  in defining business processes and rules within an automated fare payment environment.
• Strong ability to complete analysis to validate vendor performance, SLA and KPI metrics
• Ability to define events for error monitoring and analyze device monitoring logs to report on device availability and validate vendor SLAs
• Strong experience working within an ITIL-based framework to manage vendor’s performance particularly with respect to Incident Management and Problem Management
• Completion of a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a relevant discipline or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.
