Our valued Public Sector Client is look for a Senior Business Consultant to document how services will be offered through ITSM processes.
The Service Strategy and Design Directorate is responsible for manging the services SSC is able to offer to their customers/clients.

The Service Strategy and Design Directorate is responsible for manging the services SSC is able to offer to their customers/clients.
Responsiblities:
- Work on multiple intiatives/files.
- Documenting services being offered and how they will be provided to clients with ITSM processes.
- Analyse and connect with services lines to understand the services SSC has and how the are being delivered.
- Manging timelines, deliverables and client relationships.
- Facilitates meetings and branstorm sessions/consultations.
Must Haves:
- ITSM knowledge
- Incidient Management
- Strong writing skills
- Government experience
Nice to Haves:
- ITIL Certification
- Project Management Experience
- SSC Experience
- French
