Our valued Public Sector clients are in need of a Senior Business Consultant who can conduct an end-to-end benefits assessment of a multi-year asset and revenue management initiative.
Background:
Our valued Public Sector client is reaching the final go-live phase of their multi-year initiative which replaces their legacy systems As they look to finalize the project, they are working on completing a full benefits assessment which encompasses the results of cost savings, improvements on process (efficiency) and improved revenue gathering. In order to complete this assessment, they would like to bring on a Senior Business Consultant to conduct a thorough review and provide/present to the executive board their findings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct and end-to-end review key project artifacts, reports and facilitate group discussions with stakeholders to understand cost, process and revenue benefits.
- Conduct interviews and feedback review sessions to understand project lifecycle, highlights, improvements to organization
- Able to consider and apply TBS standards and policies to overall executive report
- Draft and finalize an assessment report which encompasses the key gains, profits and advantages for the organization which is to be presented to executive members.
- Create snapshot overview on improvements to harmonized billing cycles, electronic management of appeals, compliance actions and reduced operational costs.
- Federal clearance at the level of Secret (Level 2) or above.
