Must Haves:
- Experience in managing and delivering large-scale, complex, and cross-functional regulatory or privacy-related projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technologies
- Solid task organization and management skills to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks within project scope, timeline, and budget, and to manage parallel priorities and dependencies across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Expertise in consent management platforms and solutions, such as OneTrust, TrustArc, Cookiebot, etc., and their integration with various web and mobile platforms
- Knowledge of digital privacy laws and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, Quebec Bill 64, and other relevant frameworks, and their implications for consent management and data governance
- Ability to lead and coordinate the project team, including business analysts, developers, testers, and other project resources, and ensure timely and quality delivery of the project deliverables
- Strong communication and presentation skills, to communicate effectively with different audiences and levels of management, and to provide clear and concise project updates, reports, and documentation
- Stakeholder management skills, to manage expectations, address feedback and concerns, resolve issues and conflicts, and ensure alignment and agreement on the project scope, objectives, and outcomes
- Risk management skills, to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project delivery, quality, or budget
- Change management skills, to plan, execute, and monitor the change activities and interventions required to ensure a smooth and successful transition to the new consent management platform solution
- Project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc., and their application to the project context and requirements
- Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, etc., or equivalent experience and qualifications
