Our valued Public sector client is in need of six (6) Senior Business Systems Analysts to modernize and migrate over 200 applications for a Workload Migratition/ Application Modernization project with the Public Sector.
In collaboration with applications technical support teams, the resources would, through client business interviews and other means, help in the gathering and management of business and technical requirements, documenting dependencies and integration requirements, assist in gathering the detailed information and completing information grids to assess suitability for Cloud and SAAS options, and make recommendations to staff and solutions architects for the migration plan for each of our software assets whether they deploy to the Cloud or to a Shared Services Canada End State Data Center.
We are looking for someone to perform the following, but not limited to, tasks:

We are looking for someone to perform the following, but not limited to, tasks:
- Conducting business interviews;
- Gathering and documenting of requirements;
- Assisting with the clients in the establishment of the outcomes; return of investments and performance measures;
- Conducting risk/complexity opportunity assessments;
- Preparing gap analysis;
- Preparing options analysis considering COTS and/or SAAS options;
- Preparing business cases;
- Preparing presentation materials as per standardized templates for management and governance boards;
- Preparing functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows;
- Identifying and evaluating critical success parameters, factors and performance measurements;
- Analyzing and redesigning of business workflows in order to optimize end-to-end processes and automate tasks; and
- Establishing use cases with clients.
- Experience working on a Workload Migration or Application Modernization project with the GoC
- Experience conducting risk/complexity opportunity assessments
- Experience conducting business interviews with multiple stakeholders
- Experience preparing options analysis considering COTS and/or SAAS options
- 4 year University degree
- One of the following valid certifications:
- PMI-PBA
- CBAP
- CBA
- IIBA
- CCMP
- CMC
