Senior C#(.Net Core) Backend Developer to lead the design and development of SaaS Products

Type: Full-time
Location: Richmond Hill area
Environment: Remote(Willing to go to the office for special meetings if local)

Our SaaS client is successful/profitable and continuing to grow and looking for a new team member to help head up the backend architecture, design for diffrent products by:

• Provide individual contribution to the design and development of products
• Participate and lead architectural and technical solutions including modeling, standards, guidelines, and design patterns
• Coach and mentor more junior members on the team - this comes natural to you
• Use your inquisitiveness and research to experiment and evaluate new technologies through POCs

Must have:

• Solid experience on software design/architecture, modeling, REST API, and database design
• Experience designing and building scalable products
• 7+ years of relevant experience\
• Solid experience with architecture and database design
• Expertise in C# and .Net Core
• Solid experience using design patterns such as MVC
• Well versed using Git to create and review PRs, resolve merge conflicts, branching\
• Although a backend Developer, you have experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Working experience with cloud technologies and microservices such as GCP, Azure or AWS
• Work experience, research or POC’s with TTD and other modern development practices
• Undergraduate in Computer Science or equivalent is required
