Our valued client is seeking a Sr. Change Management/Training Specialist to update the plans to support the deployment of the AlayaCare Cloud application enterprise-wide.
Location: Fully Remote, Candidate can be anywhere in Canada
Duration: Contract till Dec 31st, 2023 with potential 1 year extension.

Project Background:
VON is implementing an enterprise-wide Home and Community Care Digital Platform (Electronic Health Record - EHR), that will provide for the delivery of safe, timely and efficient client care. VON has chosen AlayaCare as it’s technology partner in this transformation. AlayaCare is a Canadian company and leader in home care software. Integral to the success of this project will be a sophisticated Change Management and Training strategy. It is recognized that the value of this large-scale digital transformation depends largely on the ability of VON staff to gain the skills to optimally use the EHR to make the most of the technology investment.

Must Haves:
- Post-Secondary Education in systems education, adult education and/or clinical education.
- Experience in systems education and training for medium to large-scale healthcare digital transformations.
- Experience in developing and executing change management and communication plan and strategies.
- Proven experience in instructional design with experience in e-learning content development and knowledge of related authoring tools.
- Experience in facilitating and conducting traditional & virtual learning methods.
- Experience in facilitating and conduction interactive group sessions with impacted stakeholders to conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness.
- Cognizant of the principles of adult education and their application in systems training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation). Relationship management both with external and internal stakeholders.
- An adept facilitator and competent in relationship building.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
- Thorough understanding and experience in conducting needs assessments and Change Impact assessments.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with AlayaCare an asset.
- Experience in the community/homecare setting is as asset.
- Clinical education experience is an asset.
- Clinical experience or an understanding of clinical work is required.
