Senior Change Manager to create and design a change strategy and roadmap for a product betterment initiative in the public sector

Our public sector client requires an Enhanced Reliability Cleared Senior Change Manager to create and design a change strategy and roadmap for an information management system. The resource will monitor the implementation of changes and report on their effectiveness. Identify any issues or areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead change management and apply best practices and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Adkar)
• Develop a training plan for the end-users to ensure they are prepared to use the new systems
• Advise on approach to identify learning needs for impacted stakeholder groups
• Create and design a change strategy and roadmap with key change activities including adoption and learning approach for business owners and stakeholders
• Identify and manage resistance to change from stakeholders. Develop strategies to mitigate resistance and ensure adoption of changes
• Advise on proposed adoption metrics to measure success

Must have: 

• Experience with Agile methodology
• Experience creating roadmaps

Nice to have: 

• Bilingual
