Senior Change Manager to work on the implementation of an ERP Finance, Supply Chain, and HRIS solution

Our municipal client is looking for a Senior Change Manager to work on the implementation of an ERP Finance, Supply Chain, and HRIS solution

Must-haves:

• 7+ years of experience in change management, project management, facilitation, organizational development, stakeholder engagement and training and development of staff
• 6+ years working in a medium to large-sized IT department/organization working with multiple teams of technical staff
• 3+ years experience as a change management specialist through the implementation of an ERP Finance, Supply Chain, and HRIS solution
• Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline such as Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communication, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related

Nice-to-have:

• Government experience
• PMI / PMI-PBA would be an asset
• Lean, Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) would be an asset
