Our public sector client is looking for Senior Communications Lead - OCM for internal communications on an ERP implementation that impact effect diverse stakeholders.
Must Have
Must Have
- 5+ years’ experience of Employee Communications
- Ability to translate complex ideas into everyday language/ plain language
- Computer skills - Standard Office tools including word processing and spreadsheet software, and common project management software such as MS Project and Visio.
- Degree in Communications, English or comparable
- Change management or executive communications content experience
- Cultivate and manage the communication channels applicable to the program/projects
- Support the OCM team to simplify complex ideas into plain language, crafting compelling storylines around change, and driving business results.
- Support Program Director with their communication deliverables
- Develop engaging, creative communications for Executive sponsors, Working sponsors, People managers, OCM team and Program Director
