WFH? Hybrid in-office model 1 day per week on Wednesday

As a Senior Content Designer (Senior Digital Content Writer), you’ll provide subject matter expertise on content planning, creation, maintenance and workflow. 
In this role, you’ll help create and execute strategic initiatives for large and small projects, conduct site inventories and audits and make recommendations based on metrics and content strategy best practices. You’ll use quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform tangible content recommendations. Your forward-thinking approach will help you build and maintain content models, governance plans, style guides and other frameworks to sync content with project goals, and align our teams.
You’ll maintain and help evolve our editorial standards, ensuring fully optimized content is on brand, meets user needs and business goals, and maintains a consistent voice and tone.

- Content strategy: Content audits help you analyze the effectiveness of copy across digital channels and shape your recommendations for content improvements. You’ll leverage analytics, market data and competitive research to create and maintain meaningful copy. And you’ll develop and present strategic insights and recommendations to transform complex information into useful and usable content.
- Content design: Your portfolio displays superior writing and editing skills, with a conversational tone and a flair for clear, plain language. You’re ready to lead and support audit, research and content strategy tasks to ensure your writing aligns with the strategic big picture and distills a value proposition that helps our clients reach their goals. You have excellent working knowledge of CP Style, SEO and accessibility, and can adapt your writing to our unique brand voice. Plus, your ability to collaborate with UX and visual designers lets you tailor the right message to the right format. Experience writing for financial institutions is even better.
- Flair for technology: You have good working knowledge of one or more tools used to collaborate, create artifacts, assess content quality and build digital pages. These can include Office 365, MS Office, Confluence, Jira, NVDA screen reader or other assistive technologies, Adobe Experience Manager (or other CMS) and more. Your knowledge of shortcuts can help you work more effectively and efficiently. You’re open to learning new technologies and applications that can help you save time and focus on the priorities.

Must Haves:
· 5 or more years of experience planning, writing and editing digital content for a variety of platforms
· Degree in English, Marketing, Journalism or Technical Writing (or equivalent work experience)

Nice to have:
· Jira and Confluence experience
· FI experience
· Knowledge of what makes a successful brand
