Senior DataOps Engineer with Infrastructure (Azure Devops) experience to deploy automated deployment processes and code in a CI/CD environment

Our client is seeking a Senior DataOps Engineer with Infrastructure (Azure Devops) experience to deploy automated deployment processes and code in a CI/CD environment

Calgary-Based client. Candidates can be 100% remote in Canada. 3 month contract to start, possibility of extension. 

Must haves: 

• 5+ years of DevOps and/or DataOps experience with a focus on Data (Infrastructure as a Service) within an Azure DevOps environment 
• Azure Cloud experience automating deployment processes and code (how data works with deployments). 
• Experience deploying automated code and managing datastreams using CI/CD pipelines with Databricks
• Python, Powershell or JavaScript scripting experience  

Nice to haves: 

• GIT experience 
• Candidates must be technologically adept and have exceptional analytical skills, showing fluency in multiple data tools
• Ability to synthesize information and ideas from various sources 
• Linux experience
