S.i. Systems enterprise public sector client is seeking  Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform Functional Consultants to help stand up new tech platform/practice - 0052910

JOB DUTIES:
  • Performs administration and maintenance on Power Platform
  • Provide expertise and guidance for the Dynamics 365 platform implementation of customer engagement modules such as Customer Service, Sales and Field Services.
  • Monitors new functionality and features of the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to ensure changes are properly communicated, tested and implemented
  • Prepares technical documents
  • Provides estimates for the backlog, including understanding team capacity and influence team commitments
  • Translates of requirements into functional designs understanding all components, integrations and security controls required
  • Supports the design and development of Dynamics 365 components, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents solutions based on client requirements
  • Advises on Power Platform governance, standards and tools

MUST HAVE:
  • Expertise in the configuration of the Power Platform (apps, flows) and Dynamics 365
  • Experience with design and actual implementation of Dynamics 365
  • Experience building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 plug-ins/ web resources and ability to recommend potential options.
  • Deep knowledge of the features, components and architecture of selected Dynamics modules.
  • Experience implementing solutions that support customer service (Customer Engagement Module)
  • Experience implementing solutions that field service life cycles (Field Services Module)
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Knowledge of SharePoint development and understanding of Power Virtual Agents
