Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java (Spring boot) and Javascript (Node.js) Developer to create custom web applications for a digital cloud transformation project.

Project Description:
This project is supporting a new IM/IT Digital Strategy to upgrade and enhance business processes and web applications across the organization. This resource will be responsible for developing Spring Boot and Node.js web applications within an oracle environment.

Must Haves:

• Java (SpringBoot 2.0)
• Javascript (Node.js and Bootstrap)
• Oracle

Responsibilities:

• Code, design and build web based applications using Java and Node.js for business logic, and Bootstrap for user interfaces within an Oracle environment. 
• Review and analyze user requirements to determine system features and functionality;
• Drive best practices, quality and consistency within the design and development phases;
• Design, develop, test, deploy and enhance web-based (Java/Javascript) and server side applications to support business requirements;
• Identify production and non-production application issues
• Using a combination of working software, software prototypes and/or screen mockups, present demos to stakeholders when requested by the Project Authority;
• Develop and maintain technical/system documentation in accordance with department standards;
• Conduct reviews of software design materials, code, test cases and procedures;
• Provide updates/status reporting to project team management as required;
• Build UI/UX for internal and external facing websites;
• Writing and reading RESTful / GraphQL API’s to retrieve data and services; and
