Our valued Public Sector client requires two Senior HR Consultants/trainers to develop evaluation metrics for future hires and upskill current employees

The team currently has difficulty evaluating the data skills of current & future employees. They require an environmental scan for existing tools and techniques for hiring/performance measurement in this space. 

The proposed evaluation toolkit will help take advantage of the improved productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness that artificial intelligence (AI) techniques can offer. A core component of advancing data maturity will be accurately evaluating the data skills of current and prospective employees with the intention of upskilling.

  • Review and comment on all project deliverables from completion of Initiation to Implementation;
  • Create a library of interview questions
  • Develop scope, context and business requirements, working with departmental leads and key clients;
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables;
  • Conduct an environmental scan to provide an overview of existing data skills evaluation tools, especially those within the Government of Canada;
  • Develop evaluation materials that employees can use to accurately measure data skills;
  • Ensure that the knowledge gained from this project is transferred to the Chief Data Office;
  • Provide project sign-off
  • Report progress of projects on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points in the life cycle and report to senior executives

- Experience developing evaluation materials or exams or interview questions for hiring managers
Previous project experience researching academic sources to create training material 
- Enhanced Reliability clearance 


- Experience developing a data skills evaluation toolkit
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI)
