Senior Infrastructure Support Technician to provide remote and onsite user support for software, hardware and servers in a windows environment

Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Support Technician to provide remote and onsite user support for software, hardware and servers in a windows environment 

This role requires 5 days a week onsite in Calgary

Must haves:

• 6+ years’ experience in an Infrastructure Support role (Deskside/Desktop)
• 1+ year experience supporting VOIP
• 1+ year experience supporting networks 
• Experience providing support in a Windows environment (Servers, Windows 10, Office 365)
• Experience using Active Directory/Azure AD
• Experience supporting VMWare

 Responsibilities: 

• Supports Windows Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
• Manage small to medium infrastructure projects including upgrades, new services, service changes including end user impacts.
• Troubleshooting and supporting PC software/hardware, smartphones, application issues, installations, upgrades, cloud data storage, printing, Microsoft O/S, O365, AV, Teams, Cloud platforms, Duo MFA, Cisco AnyConnect
• Troubleshooting of router, LAN / WAN configuration, port testing, & link testing for network connectivity
