Senior IT Instructor to provide M365 training for a Federal Government Organization

Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior IT Instructor to provide M365 training for a Federal Government Organization. The resource will perform virtual classroom instruction in conformance with the instructions and guidance provided in the M365 Application training material. The resource will assist in the development and refinement of the
courseware and instructional materials by providing the M365 Training Lead with regular feedback gathered from through Course Feedback Reports gathered from course participants.


Tasks:

• Develop training plans for update add-ons to O365 project
• Work with stakeholders to capture training requirements
• Produce and deliver various type of training material to accommodate the target audience(s) and the M365 product (pre-recorded videos, how-to guides, quick reference guides, live training, etc.)
• Customize M365 training materials to suit characteristics of target audience
• Deliver virtual classroom training sessions to M365 end-users across Canada
• Provide Training Lead with Branch Training Close-out Report summarizing: attendance, lessons learned, and recommendations for the future
• Work with Training Lead to develop a “Train the Trainer” best practices document.
• Conduct “Hand-over" Session for internal M365 Trainers
• Monthly Status Report (mandatory requirement to be submitted with monthly timesheet).

Mandatory requirements:

- 2+ projects providing classroom training
- 3+ projects developing training material 
- Enhanced Reliability clearance
