Our municipal client is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to help the City with business process improvements and the implementation of initiatives within the IT Client Services division.
This position will also be responsible for reviewing business processes in the IT Client Services division, and recommending and implementing business process improvements in accordance with ITIL.
Example of initiatives: Managed Print Services, Digital Signage and Multimedia, and Microsoft End Point Management.
Must-haves:

Must-haves:
- 10+ years of experience managing IT projects
- Experience leading and delivering enterprise level projects; business process management, solutions integration, packaged or cloud implementations
- Project Management Professional, PMP Certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
- Government experience
- Experience managing cloud solutions is an asset.
- Past experience in Business Analysis and/or Change Management.
