Our client is seeking a Senior ITSM Consultant to complete Gap Analysis and design roadmap for complex process improvement initiatives within ServiceNow (Utah) in an enterprise environment.
This is a remote role that can be worked anywhere within Canada but must be willing to work MST hours

This is a remote role that can be worked anywhere within Canada but must be willing to work MST hours
Must Haves:
- 8+ years experience working within ServiceNow (Utah) and establishing ITSM processes
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing complex process improvement strategic initiatives for ITSM, with tactical outcomes and roadmaps related to the ITIL V4 framework
- Strong understanding of IT governance under the COBIT guidelines
- Strong understanding of C-SOX and PCI regulatory requirements
- ITIL Practitioner or equivalent is strongly preferred
- Aviation industry experience
Key Responsiblities
- Design and implement complex process improvement strategic initiatives for ITSM, with tactical outcomes and roadmaps
- Acts as a strategic liaison between Project team and ITSM team to ensure ITIL processes and systems support the organization.
- Design framework(s) for continual service improvement through KPI development and design improvements
- Understanding of overall architecture of technology supported and how to identify and troubleshoot challenges within
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow and able to detect errors and suggest improvements on functionality relevant to people and the process
- Collaborate directly with the Product Manager, ITSM, to develop key documentation, processes, and artifacts to support ITIL practices.
- Understands C-SOX, PCI and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with IT governance following COBIT guidelines
- Improvement of security posture within technology stack supported
