Our Public Sector Client requires a Senior Java Systems Analyst (10+ years) to analyze, code, test, debug, and document various revenue lines within the Collections Verifications and Workload Management Systems (CVWMS). 

The SA L3 will be working closely with the scrum development team to respond to critical areas of the application. 

Responsibilities to include:
  • Debug, Code, and Test interface changes; 
  • Develop and test business and data layer changes; 
  • Optimize the system and validate the changes being implemented; 
  • Assist in the analysis of requirements, processes and data towards developing and implementing solutions which address business and technical needs;
  • Provide guidance for other members of the team;
  • Provide status reports and or updates throughout the project;
  • Support and use the Agile development methodology;
  • Perform quality assurance tasks (such as peer reviews) on his/her own work, as well as the work of others; • Adhere to quality assurance standards as used in each phase of development and maintenance;
  • Cooperate with CRA management and staff in regards to knowledge transfer

Must Haves:​​
  • 12+ years experience working within an IT environment
  • 10+ years working as a Systems Analyst 
  • 4 years (within the last 6 years) in Java Development 
  • Post-Secondary Degree or Diplimon in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Haves:
  • 6+ years experience working with Relational DBMS 
  • 6+ years experience working with Java tools (such as EJB, Weblogic, Struts, Design Patterns)
  • Experience with Java Exceptions
  • Experience with API functionalities
