Senior Java Systems Analyst to provide leadership and direction in support of the Analysis and Implementation of the Individual Suite of Systems in the T3 modernization

Our Public Sector Client requires a Senior Java Systems Analyst to provide leadership and direction in support of the analysis and implementation of the Individual Suite of Systems in the T3 modernization. This includes extensive analysis and business client engagement.

Responsibilities May Include: 

• Assist in the analysis of requirements, processes and data towards developing and implementing solutions which address business and technical needs.
• Developing and maintaining system screen design, methods, objects, classes, and EJBs using Java technology such as Java Swing, Eclipse, Junit, ANT, and XML.
• Analyzing and participating in the creation and gathering of business requirements
• Attending project meetings and briefings to articulate the proposed designs or changes to T3 modernization, and communication strongly to a non technical audience 
• Support systems in test and production environments; perform complex problem resolution/debugging.
• Performing and documenting unit, regression, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing as required
• Colaborating with team members to ensure sufficient knowledge transfer

Must Haves:

• 10+ years experience as a System Analyst 
• 5+ years experience within the last 10 years working on Enterprise Level Java Development 
• 2+ years experience within the last 5 years working within Servce Oriented Architecture 

Nice to Haves:

• 8+ years working on Enterprise Level Java Development 
• 5+ years working with some or all of the following technologies: Java Swing, ANT, Eclipse, EJBs, Junit, and/or XML
