Position Title: Senior Leadership Learning Designer

Duration: 6 Months
 
Responsibilities:
The Senior Leadership Learning Designer will research, recommend, and design content for a variety of learning and performance solutions, and manage and execute development activities for related projects aligned with the banking Leadership Institute roadmap for building the capability of  leaders at all levels to execute strategy and realize our client-focused purpose.
The focus of this role is to:
        - consult with senior stakeholders and  leaders to define the scope, outcomes and success measures for  Leadership Institute initiatives
        - design learning solutions and supports that are informed by analysis and rooted in Leadership Capabilities and current research, and
        - Oversee, write and conduct development of those learning solutions and supports in current authoring and media design tools (e.g., Articulate 360 suite, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud)
To function effectively, the Senior Leadership Learning Designer must have excellent performance consulting and design skills, communication and writing skills, confidence and experience with multimedia tools, and the ability to manage multiple and competing deliverables. They must also have experience designing content for adult learners in a variety of formats, including e-learning storyboards, self-guided and instructor-led, and modalities such as audio, video and animation.

· Design and writing -. Design strategic, integrated leadership experiences and solutions that are innovative, consumable and effectively build the capability of leaders at different levels within the bank. Apply business acumen and innovative solutions to sustain and measure the usage and impact of solutions.
· Implement - Deliver and implement quality learning on time. Successfully complete high quality learning solutions within agreed-upon parameters, enable the effective implementation of programs, monitor results, and implement updates as required.

Must Haves:
· 5+ experience in learning, design and development (designing multimedia assets and e-learning,
instructor-led and self-guided training materials)
· Strong experience applying instructional/information design principles

Nice to have:
· Some technical writing and/or creative copy writing experience
· CTDP
· Post-secondary education in Adult Education or Instructional Design.
· Articulate Suite experience or similar
· Leadership or Management Program experience
