Senior Management Consultant to oversee large network modernization project

Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Management Consultant to oversee large network modernization project. In collaboration with SSC, our project team will implement and support a modern and appropriately-secured digital network to enable a positive user exxperience and Government of Canada enterprise-wide connectivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the organzational roadmap and orchestration of Enterprise Network Services

Tasks:

• Facilitate discussions with assigned stakeholders through super user and leader engagement networks to enable two-communication about change impacts to their people, processes and technology.
• Identify people risks, work with the impacted leaders and other people support teams to mitigate.
• Leverage an Agile change management approach to execute targeted communication and engagement plans; partnering with OCM team members and people support teams to develop, communicate, and measure stakeholder readiness journeys.
• Develop and deliver associated deliverables in partnership with system integrator and key resources to support assigned stakeholder groups their change journey.
• Co-ordinate the implementation of all Network LAN, WAN and CyberSecurity Infrastructure components.
• Provide change leadership coaching to assigned stakeholder managers and super users in performing their change roles to support go live readiness.
• Collaborates with team members and other IT teams on technical roadmap planning, development and implementation
• Participates in projects related to secure network design, implementation and optimization
• Conducts research on network products, services and standards in support of secure network design including task automation and NetOps platform best practices
• Develops, implements and maintains policies and procedures for network operations

Must-haves:

- Infrastructure implementation experience for a Government of Canada client
- Strong knowledge and understanding of SSC's Network Modernization architecture/design
- Experience overseeing a large program (Project value: $50+ million)
