Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to identify, configure and deploy end-user solutions for F&O, SCM, EAM and HR

Our client is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst to identify, configure and deploy end-user solutions for Finance and Operations (F&O), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Enterprise Asset Management and Maintenance (EAM) and Human Resources (HR).

• 5+ Years of progressive experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Analyst
  • Experience working with the business to develop business requirements , mapping them to MS D365 and creating functional specifications
  • Proven ability to advice on leveraging MS D365 functionality to enhance/support business processes
  • Strong Configuration and end user support experience
• 3+ years of experience working with Finance and Operations (F&O) module
• 1+ years of experience working with any of the following: Supply Chain Management (SCM) and  Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Human Resources (HR) module
• Integration Experience

 
Responsibilities:

•  Lead in client workshops on business processes, business requirements and system design 
• Advice on mapping business processes to the capabilities of MS D365
• Develop functional specifications that translate business requirements into system configuration and/or process changes  to meet business requirements
• Provide functional specifications to technical team for any customized developments.
• Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365  and provide end user support
