Our client is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Functional Analyst to assist with implementing a compensation model within PeopleSoft HCM including redefining business processes


Calgary-based client. 37.5 hour work week. Candidates can be 100% remote in Canada


Must haves:



  • 10+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst with a focus on configuring the HCM (Administer Compensation, Manage Base Compensation and Budgeting, Manage Positions and eCompensation Manager Desktop functionality)
  • 10+ years of experience updating complex application configuration and other functional design deliverables
  • 5+ years of experience understanding current business processes and redefining existing business processes


Nice to haves:



  • 2 years' experience with design, delivery, implementation and configuration using the PeopleSoft Interaction HUB application.
  • 2 years' experience with PeopleSoft HCM PUM image updates
