Senior Power Engineer to prepare and review procedures and support the startup and commissioning of a Gas Plant - 17009-1

Our Oil and Gas client is looking for a Senior Power Engineer to prepare and review procedures and support the startup and commissioning of a Gas Plant - 17009-1 

**2 weeks on 2 weeks off / fly in and fly out**
**Camp and Travel covered**

Must Haves:

• 8​+ years Power Engineering experience related to:
  • Gas Plant (Sweet or Sour)
  • Refinery
  • Upgrader
  • Petrochemical
• Experience with Startup and Commissioning
• Experience with Operational and Performance Testing
• 2nd class steam ticket is preferred but open to 3rd and 4th class (due to size of fired heater in condensate recovery unit (no steam generation))

Nice to Haves:

• Within Power Engineering experience related to/would be considered an asset
  • Amine
  • Propane Refrigeration
  • Compression
  • Fractionation
• Panel experience would be acceptable

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing procedures
• Work with CSU (Commissioning Start-up) team to startup operations/facility
• Competency signoffs to be ready to operate the unit
• Training existing team to hand over to operate after startup
