Our client is looking for a Senior PowerApps DBA to do stabilization, discovery & documentation on an existing complex database.
Initially you will be focused on stabilization, discovery and documentation on an existing complex database with 500+ tables 1,000+ plus stored procedures, and 50+ SSIS packages and numerous scheduled jobs.
This is a 3-month initial contract with a high likelihood of further extension as the server needs to be migrated to a new version SQL Server version in a new data center. Work can be done fully remote.
Must Haves:

Must Haves:
- 10+ years of MS SQL DBA and T-SQL programming experience
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft SSIS package creation/maintenance.
- 5+ years experience with large data sets (hundreds of tables, millions of rows) in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and debug complex ETLs with 50+ linked databases.
- 5+ years experience with DBA functions such as DB optimization, troubleshooting, table definition, indexing, creating stored procedures and functions.
- Knowledge of physical infrastructure underlying the database (e.g. datacenters, storage, virtualized and physical servers, Firewalls, etc.
- Experience withing logistics businesses
