System's client is looking for a Senior Principle Scrum Master to provide to strengthen agile adoption, standardize processes on a global scale, and help develop strong forecasting and reporting abilities. You will be interacting with part-time Scrum Masters and Agile enthusiasts in 12-16 teams around the globe.

MUST HAVES:

• 4+ years’ practicing agile scrum master experience
• 3+ years’ experience in solution delivery, especially information management and data engineering solution delivery, analytics delivery (Kanban), and delivery of solutions designed to simplify operational workflows
• 3+ years’ experience managing large-scale initiatives with a focus on driving strategic business objectives through the delivery of application and data architecture, and business-facing solutions

NICE TO HAVES:

• 1-2 years’ experience in mentoring and developing scrum team members strongly preferred
