Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a product team supporting a Cyber Security Suite.

This department has several project activities underway, for which there is a need of a Sr project manager for the cyber security sutie of products, in order to take care of the following work:
  • Manage the project and day-to-day work of the project team during the planning, execution, and close-out phases of the project by ensuring that resources are made available and that the project is developed and is fully operational within pre-established agreed time, cost and performance parameters;            
  • Monitor, control and report on the progress, risks, scope, and resource utilization for the project and it'ss sub components on an ongoing basis and at scheduled intervals;                    
  • Create the key project artifacts in collaboration with the project team such as Project Charter, Lessons Learned Register, Product/Project Backlog, Stakeholder Analysis, Project Management Plan, PPM Reporting Workbook, Deployment Plan, Transition Plan, Change Requests, Concept  of Operations, Test Plans, Close-out Reports, Project Benefit Realization Report and ensuring the project follows the project gating workflow                               
  • Develop team charter including, definition of done, project methodology, terms of reference, meeting cadence, and agile/scrum ceremonies;            
  • Facilitate meeting with stakeholders, business representatives, project authorities, key contributors, and the project team as required;            
  • Utilize communication and project management tools such Document Management System, Azure DevOps, MS Project, WBS, MS Visio issue tracking tools and traceability matrix supporting the business owner, the project sponsor and project manager on the delivery of a project throughout its lifecycle;                     
  • Support and use the selected departmental methodologies (ex. Agile, DevSecOps, etc);             
  • Prepare presentation materials for the project including charts, tables, data reports, diagrams, status reports as required.
