Our valued Public Sector Client is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator/Project Administrator to assist in managing HR, finances and communications.
This resource will be the Chief of Staff's right hand that will be required to assist in managing the overall office, HR, senior management communications, meetings, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate distribution lists.
- Follow-up with HR to make sure things are done on time.
- Responding to senior management/booking meetings.
- Assist with prioritization of tasks.
- Assist with training new employees/providing guidance.
Must haves:
- Excel Knowledge
- 10+ years Project Administration Experience
- Reliablity
- Aibility to be proactive/multitask
- Bilingual (French and English)
