Senior Project Coordinator with MS Project experience to prepare Treasure Board submissions for the Global Public Health Intelligence Network (GPHIN) Project.

Our valued Public Sector client requires a Senior Project Coordinator with MS Project experience to prepare Treasure Board submissions for the Global Public Health Intelligence Network (GPHIN) Project.

The intended outcome of this project is to migrate the GPHIN platform from the National Research Council (NRC) servers to the Health Canada (HC) Cloud environment.

Tasks:

• Provide and develop project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Define the critical path of the schedule, communicate areas of concern, and report on both a pre-defined timeline as well as adhoc reporting.
• Provide expert advice on project scheduling best practices
• Revise project schedule templates, standards, training, and other scheduling documentation as needed
• Assist in the development of the project schedule by stage
• Assist projects in the development and update of the project schedule for baseline purposes

Must-haves:

• 5+ years of experience with MS Project
• Experience writing project documents, assisting with schedules
• Enhanced Reliability
