Our client is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the modernization of their Dosimetry Management System utilizing a Dynamics 365 solution within an agile environment. The DMS2 project will design and build an enterprise solution using MS Dynamics 365 for the Healthy Environment and Consumer Safety Branch (HECSB).
 
Must-Haves:

• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Previous experience working within MS Dynamics 365 envrionment

Nice-to-haves:

• Bilingual
• CSM certification

Tasks/Deliverables include:

• Monitor project plans, and report progress to organizational executives
• Developing schedules and cost estimation
• Managing the budget, scope and timelines of the project
• Plan, lead and organize sprint schedules and standups 
• Provide regular status reports
• Prepare presentation materials
• Overseeing the execution of the project plan activities and tasks
• Creating gating documentation required for investment project planning
• Ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
• Setting project’s priorities in consultation with the product owner
• Planning project’s scope and sequencing
• Managing risks, issues, and reporting progress
• Attending project’s meetings as required
• Prepare effort and schedule estimates for project milestones and deliverables
• Prepare project gating documentation
• Create and maintain risk/issue log
• Preparing presentation materials, briefing materials, senior management reports as required.
