S.i. Systems enterprise public BC Health Authority client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deploy MS Teams to remaining corporate groups, and users at other health sites.

you will be deploying Teams Voice to the remaining corporate group starting at Central City and develop a plan to deploy to corporate users at other Fraser health sites.

Contract runs from June 30 - Dec 31, 2023 + 2 x 6 month extensions
Must have access to vehicle and able to participate in onsite activities as required
Must live in Metro Vancouver - ytou can work from home most of the time


MUST HAVE SKILLS:
  • Experience deploying MS Teams 
  • BC Health Authority experience (knowledge of PHSA Tech Services and Fraser Health is preferred)
  • You have access to a car and able to visit sites for some deployment activities
NICE TO HAVE:
  • PMP / PM cert

The project manager is responsible for overall project management of the pilot.
  • Own all aspects of detailed project planning, tracking, activity oversight and reporting
  • Manage the project based on Fraser Health’s Information Management Project Management Office Project Lifecycle and related project policies, standards, tools and templates
  • Actively oversee project team members, vendors, and deliverables
  • Proactively plan detailed future project activities
  • Act as liaison between all project stakeholders to reach common understanding
  • Document and manage resolution of issues, mitigate risks, and obtain decisions
  • Track and manage the project to scope, budget and schedule baselines
  • Formally manage project changes
  • Call and chair project team meetings
  • Regularly report financial forecasting and project status
  • Define and measure the success criteria with project sponsor and stakeholders
  • Act as a change agent to manage stakeholder expectation and solution adoption
  • Document lessons learned and knowledge transfer in operation transition 
  • Assist with PM duties on other Voice Services projects as requested.

  • PMO required documentation such as project plan, status report, forecast, project closure report, lesson learned etc.

  • Use cases, business requirements and analysis
  • Functional and non-functional requirements
  • Assessment tools & methodologies, documentation templates, and decision making rubric/guidance for voice solution selection, design and implementation. 
  • Training plan, materials such as manuals, quick reference guides, videos, etc.
  • Migration plan
  • Project operation handover document
  • Train full time staff taking over operations
