Our major energy client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to develop and implement ESG processes and systems for an enterprise-wide multi-year project (7758)

Must Haves:

• 8+ years experience managing business projects

• Progressive professional experience in ESG (Environmental Social Governance) within heavy industry (O&G, Energy, Mining, Nuclear)

• Experience developing and implementing ESG processes, controls, and systems (maintenance, SCM, finance, HR, data reliability, user experience, system upgrades)

Nice to Haves:

• Energy industry experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop and implement processes, controls and systems and ensure timely, accurate and auditable reporting of ESG data;

• Research or review regulatory, technical, or market issues related to sustainability strategy and disclosure;

• Participate in cross functional ESG team initiatives in a senior capacity;

• Maintain up to date knowledge of best practices regarding ESG including but not limited to; emerging trends, peer benchmarking, analysis of Canadian, American as well as global sustainability guidelines and frameworks.
