S.i. System's transportation client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to implement a HRMS replacement (PeopleSoft). The HRMS replacing PeopleSoft has not been chosen as of yet and you will be included in the decision making.
MUST HAVES:
- Proven experience in HRMS implementation projects. The ideal candidate would have project managed various complex HRMS implementation projects for multiple organizations with project teams of 30+ people.
- 15+ years of full lifecycle technology project management experience, preferably in SDLC (full cycle software development) projects, from developing a conceptual idea to requirements gathering to system design, system build, system test, training, and cutover.
- Extensive experience managing organizational change (OCM) in projects.
- Experience with conducting technical feasibility studies, identifying technical dependencies, and application road mapping.
