Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead an end-to-end business and technology transformation project with a focus on Fleet Management
Calgary-Based client. 37.5 hour work week. This position is a Hybrid Work environment, 2-3 days in office with flexibility to Attend in person meetings as required.

Must have's:
- 10+ years of Project Management expereince with large, complex technology transformation projects
- Experience working with both Business Sponsors, IT departments, and Multiple Lines of Business to implement project solutions (Policies, Processes and Integrations)
- Harmonizing new processes through BPR Business Process Review, Process Re-engineering with experience in Organization Change Management
- Managing enterprise projects in parallel with multidisciplinary project teams consisting of internal staff from IT and clients, contractors, and vendors
- Inventory management or Asset Management Systems experience with a focus on Fleet Management
- Solution Integrations with ERP's, Enterprise Systems, Application Environments
- Experience researching, and analyzing viable solutions available in the market
- Previous work experience with municipal, other government organizations or equivalent/related endeavors;
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and manage complex relationships with groups/individuals with varying perspectives, interest and roles;
- Strong leadership, planning, change management and analytic skills;
- Well-developed communication skills including oral, written, presentation, facilitation and mediation skills (negotiation and mediation);
- Ability to work with a diverse audience and reach a consensus on critical project decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Leads overall project planning; manages the overall running of the project;
- Leads projects with strategic outcomes;
- Responsible for the Project Management for both business and IT under Executive Sponsorship;
- Ensures overall project outcomes and deliverables are met;
- Leads the project team;
- Responsible for overall technical decisions as they relate to corporate IT standards, processes and methodologies;
- Coordinates IT resources and activities (Client Solutions, Operations, Application Support, Contractors, etc.);
- Responsible for following the Software Solutions Methodology (SSM), including ensuring that Touchpoints to IT groups and other groups within The Corporation are completed;
- Manages plan, budget, risks/issues, and Project Change Requests (PCRs);
- Responsible for documentation required for SSM and the IT-PMO (Project Management Office);
- Provide status updates to the Project Sponsor;
- Report to IT Client Solutions Leader.
