Senior Project Manager to lead complex transformation and business process improvement projects including SAP optimization and Data Management within the Oil and Gas Industry

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex transformation and business process improvement projects including SAP optimization and Data Management within the Oil and Gas Industry 

Must Haves:

• 10+ years' of experience as a Project Manager 
• Experience in business transformation projects and/or business process/continuous improvement projects
• Oil &Gas/Energy industry experience 

Nice to Have:

• Data Management & Integration project or SAP S/4 Integrations

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and influence large stakeholder groups from various functions and business
• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support the business goals in collaboration with clients, teams and stakeholders 
• Lead all aspects of the day-to-day activities of the project/program team direct and indirect reports to ensure project/program results are completed accurately, on time and to the required quality assurance standards
• Partner with Corporate Change Management to design and implement the appropriate OCM/Business Readiness strategy/plan for the project
