Our Financial Services Client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of Digital Online and Mobile banking projects- 42802

Project Overview:
The Project Manager will work in the Mobile Foundations pod to help embed mobile-first approach into fabric of the business, creating and continuously improving mobile as a platform to serve content, features and journeys to customers.
5 months contract, strong possibility of extensions. Ideal Candidate Location: Vancouver/Hybrid
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of experience as IT Project Manager managing Mobile or Digital or Browser Apps end-to-end Projects (10 million in budget)
- Technical background in Software development lifecycle & systems analysis
- Experience delivering across multiple mobile or digital programs using Agile management methodologies
- Experience managing teams for financial services organization
- Project Management accreditation (PMP, SCRUM Master)
- Exposure to technologies such as Java, Linux, Solaris or other mobile apps
Project Overview:
The Project Manager will work in the Mobile Foundations pod to help embed mobile-first approach into fabric of the business, creating and continuously improving mobile as a platform to serve content, features and journeys to customers.
- Providing entity and functional management for a London based programme and portfolio delivery team. Drive the team to the next level in adoption of agile and scrum practices through previous experiences, best practice and a collaborative attitude to help drive revenue growth and increased effectiveness in value and quality of the software created.
- Analyze current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvements.
- Facilitate/participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams
- Together with the Global Mobile Programme Manager, design the processes, structure, cycle and implementation strategy required to run the BAU continuous delivery team.
- Drive the development and delivery of product road maps in conjunction with Digital Product Teams. Identify and build team structures to enable delivery aligned to the agreed road maps.
- Manage large or more complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of outputs. This includes the planning, governance and reporting for projects under responsibility.
