Must Haves:
· At least 7 years of experience in project management with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in managing large scale public safety radio or telecommunication infrastructure projects.
· Experience in PS radio/telecommunication project management
Responcibilities:
• Develop project plans that identify resource, time, and budgetary needs.
• Host project meetings with team and managers.
• Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.
• Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness.
• Track project milestones and assist in project acceptance
• Working with the client representatives and in partnership with other project managers to develop integrated plans
• Managing deliverables and dependencies that cross multiple in-flight projects
• Supporting the PSRN Program by proactively identifying, communicating, and managing multi-faceted client-facing risks and issues to deliver a superior customer service experience and to support efficient and effective project delivery.
• Interacting directly with ministry clients, business partners, and project team members to develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships, always looking for opportunities to improve client satisfaction
