Senior Project Manager with Agile/Scrum Master background and Azure DevOps experience for our healthcare client

6 months contract + possible extension, fully remote position

Overview:

Our healthcare client is the largest provider of specialty laboratory testing services in Canada, they provide national access to specialized clinical tests.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing the scope, resources, schedule, and quality of the project to meet objectives and deliverables. 
• Making recommendations to meet commitments; involving senior management in the negotiation of schedule changes that require trade-offs of the triple constraints (cost, time, quality). 
• Collecting and disseminating information on project performance, including forecasting, status reporting, and resource allocation; monitoring indicators and progress to identify variances from plan for escalation as appropriate. 
• Assist in managing and maintaining the budget and preparing budget actuals reports for the project team and possibly the client. 
• Maintaining Issue, Risk, and Change Logs, Parking lots, etc. or other logs required to manage business of project. 

Must Haves:

• 3-8+ years’ of experience in IT project management 
• Possessing prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master
• Experience working with data engineers and experience with Azure DevOps

Nice to Have:

• PMP certification
• Scrum Master Certification
