Senior Project Managers (10+ years) to support the development of project management strategies, frameworks, and other required deliverables to ensure the successful delivery of highly visible IT projects

Our Public Sector Client requires two Senior Project Managers (10+ years) to support the development of project management strategies, frameworks, and other required deliverables to ensure the successful delivery of highly visible IT projects. 
 
Responsibilities to include:

• Develop and maintan the Project Management Framework, strategies, processes, templates and standards
• Coach and mentor teams in all disciplines of project management and Agile/Scrum development practices, applying ITB standards and industry best practices
• Supporting and helping facilitate in project negotiation efforts between client and IT for agreement on scope, product roadmap and deliverables, consistently adhering to predefined quality measurements to meet business needs and direction
• Lead the development of the following deliverables:
  • Project management framework
  • Project/release charters
  • Project dashboards and status reports
  • Lessons learned reports
  • Risk management plans
  • Work breakdown structures
  • Financial reports, budgets and estimates

Must Haves:

• 10+ years (in the last 15) as a Project Manager on projects valued at more than $1M within large organizations (1000+ employees)

Nice to Haves:

• PMP, Prince2, or Degree in Project Management
• 6-12 months experience supporting the development and evaluation of RFPs/RFIs
