Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler using MS Project to assist with a Passport Modernization Initiative.

The Project Scheduler will act as the subject matter expert on project scheduling for a large government department. The Scheduler provides expert advice, supports project and programme teams in the development of project and programme schedules and provides critical project and programme scheduling analysis for the large government department.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years’ experience with MS Project

Nice to Haves:

• Worked within an Agile/Hybrid Environment
• Experience working with SharePoint

Responsibilities:

• Provide and develop project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Define the critical path of the schedule, communicate areas of concern, and report on both a pre-defined timeline as well as adhoc reporting.
• Provide expert advice on project scheduling best practices
• Revise project schedule templates, standards, training, and other scheduling documentation as needed
• Assist in the development of the project schedule by stage
• Assist projects in the development and update of the project schedule for baseline purposes
