Senior Proposal Coordinator to package and format an RFP, 100-300 pages long.

Our SaaS client is seeking a Senior Proposal Coordinator to package and format an RFP, 100-300 pages long. 

• This is a short term 4 week engagement, can complete this editing work during evenings / weekends. RFP due to client December 13th. 100% REMOTE. Starting ASAP!

Must Haves:

• Previous experience creating templates, headers, table of contents, footers for proposals

Responsibilities:

• The person would need to help us create a template, with section headers, sections, table of contents, headers, footers, etc
• The document would need to be formatted using our banding, fonts, colors, logos, etc
• The document would need to be formatted in a way that includes our brand colors
• We would need help porting the raw content we are creating for our responses into the response template
• We may need occasional help with improving our graphics. We don’t need a full-on graphics designer, rather, we may on occasion just require someone who is able to tweak graphics here and there.
