One of our health authority clients is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Team Lead to put in place a testing team and associated processes to deliver a successful implementation of Microsoft Exchange Online implementation - HYBRID
This contract runs until February 28, 2023, with the chance of 3 budgeted 6 month extensions. The work week will be full-time at 37.5 hours per week.

MUST HAVE
- 7+ years experience in Quality Assurance, 4+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Lead
- Testing of Microsoft products (TEAMS, Exchange, SharePoint etc.)
- Experience defining the testing strategy
- Ability to build a testing team
- Experience maintaining and supporting Test Tools (i.e. TestRail) in large Enterprise and/or Healthcare environments
- 2+ years of experience with BC Health Authorities
- Working knowledge of hospital/clinical systems, care delivery processes, clinical roles, policies, and standards preferably gained in the PHSA, PHC or VCH environment
- Defining the testing strategy
- Building a testing team of professionals with appropriate skills, attitudes and motivation, status, performance baselines etc.
- Providing thought leadership to support communication and artifacts for readiness activities and transition to sustainment including Service desk and NTT where appropriate
- Working with Cloud Services Leadership and all relevant stakeholder teams to identify, document, manage, and resolve issues and risks identified including mitigating change and training impacts,
- Supporting other Cloud Services change management team members (e.g. change and communications analyst(s) and testers).
