Senior SAP BI/BW consultant specializing in Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) application to implement modelling solutions.

Health Canada would like to develop a new solution to replace MRS/MVR reporting system to the various branches. The current MRS/MVR is an aging technology (at risk).

Tasks:

• Advise, consult, analyze, design, build, test and complete BW IP solution
• Architect a complete solution including BPC EPM input forms and reports
• Develop / Execute EPM Data management functions including ETL, Scripting, and Allocations
• Modeling solutions using BW IP
• Implement Multi-Dimensional Data Models that provide an initial basis to support the identified planning process, Monthly variance report process and Funds management process
• Develop enterprise Data models that are scalable/ extendable in order to support future DataMart and analytical requirements.
• Develop and implement a multi-tenant solution in BW; the solution architecture must address Master Data, Transactional Data, and security 
• Perform Unit testing, Regression Testing, and Quality Assurance Testing, Volume / Performance testing and documents all the testing results if needed
• Conduct performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Provide Framework for Data Management and Governance, including ETL, naming conventions, data modeling, data entity mapping, development best practices and SDLC.
• Participate in the implementation of a pilot for several Business Warehouse reports to be tested by the client with the possibility of production implementation.

 
Must-haves:

• Previous project experience modeling solutions using BW IP
• Previous project experience with BPC EPM
• Active Reliability clearance
