Our valued client is searching for a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to configure and troubleshoot Solution Manager 7.2 for a large-scale SAP system.

Background:

The team acts as the Service Owner for many Build ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) capabilities within SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN);

• IT Service Management
• Change Control Management
• Process Management
• Requirements Management
• Test Management
• Focused Build
• Custom Code Management

Responsibilities May Include:

• Providing production support for Build ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) capabilities through SOLMAN 7.2.
• Supporting and enhancing IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Performing hands-on configuration of SOLMAN (via SPRO or CRM_UI).
• Providing expert guidance and advice to DND employees working with SOLMAN.
• Ensuring that the ongoing service delivery and support meets agreed requirements.
• Working with requestor to understand requirements.
• Assisting in the assessment of proposed changes and improvements to the service (solution).

Must Haves:

• SAP Certification
• SAP experience - 10+ years
