Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior SAP Trainer to lead SAP training materials using (EnableNow/ uPreform) and create online training content for a financial management project.
 
Project Description:
DND is undertaking several concurrent initiatives to improve the way the department conducts its business and fulfills its mandate as it relates to financial management accountability, policy and governance. As part of this mandate, they are seeking a Senior SAP Trainer for financial process transformation, including significant business process changes resulting from changes to the Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS), which is a complex implementation of SAP.
 
Must Haves:

• Education (Degree or Diploma)
• Leading SAP training initiatives (7+ years)
• Developing training material using EnableNow tools (2+ years)
• Creating online training content and virtual courses (4+ years)
• Creating training for modules of SAP such as (FI, FM, CO, MM, SPL, SFT, BPC, AR, AA, PS, EAM)

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of a Training Roadmap to support the roll-out of all training requirements and ensure integrated with change management plan;
• Deliver various training sessions to end users;
• Delivery of training courses, knowledge transfer material and other material such as user guides, best practices, FAQs;
• Design and develop training strategies using either UPerform or EnableNow tools. This includes creating training plans, materials identifying all relevant stakeholders, and delivering training either in person or virtually to the end user community;
• Provide guidance, support and advice in the delivery of financial management business procedures, job-aids, and other tools related to the implementation of SAP projects.
