Senior Scrum Master to drive a software development team transformation - 2233

Our valued client is actively seeking a Senior Scrum Master to drive a software development team transformation.
 
Initial 12-month contract, working hybrid in Montreal.
 
Responsibilities

• This person will be working with software development teams through retros, sprint plannings, daily scrums, etc.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of the project management life cycle including project scoping, resource assignment, project plan development, project tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain all project documentation (Project Plan, Issue and Action Logs, Risk Management, Communication Plan, Status Reports, ...etc.).
• Maintain the Project Management Office Library with lessons learned database, and apply lessons learned to all initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of templates, procedures, and processes as part of the continuous improvement process.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Agile/Lean 
• Microsoft Project experience
• Project Management background
• Experience with Continuous Improvement on a software development team 

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Telecommunication industry experience
• Project management certification
