Senior Scrum Master to lead the delivery plan within an Agile environment in the public sector

Our public sector client requires an Enhance Reliability Cleared Senior Scrum Master to assist with the success and completion of the delivery plan. The resource must utilize Azure DevOps to manage product backlog and lead the team in an Agile environment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Utilizing Azure DevOps to support the team on maintaining the product backlog.
• Guiding the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Assist with producing artifacts (project plans, roadmaps, etc.) and Product Backlog items

Must Have: 

• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience with Agile methodology

Nice to Have: 

• Scrum Master certification
